Events about the evolution of the patient with a Gastric band are kept in this iPhone app which acts like a diary for the patient. Each patient can add or delete events and keep a clean and helpful record of it's evolution. The product has been conceived by Dr. Evangelos Chandanos in Scottsdale, Arizona, during his Fellowship year 2009-2010 and programmed by Cratima.
