Design and implementation of an iPhone application which allows users to transcribe recorded music by slowing it down, looping it and making detailed song navigation very intuitive.
The application allows synchronization through the WebDAV protocol in order to upload the songs that it later on processes. After the processing, a waveform of the song becomes available. The waveform is progressive, set on the time axis only and can be expanded and contracted by touching it with the fingers - it includes levels of zoom.
The application's audio engine is based on FMOD, a programming library and toolkit for the creation and playback of interactive audio.
